A 2023 graduate of Liberty University with both a BS and MBA, Sam combines a strong educational background with a deep-rooted passion for real estate.

Having moved frequently as a child, Sam developed a love for real estate early on, working alongside his father to renovate each new home. This hands-on experience taught him the value of property investment, the importance of a home’s potential, and the transformative power of a well-thought-out renovation.

Sam and his wife live in Columbus, Indiana, where they’re deeply connected to their community. Balancing his role as the Director of Technology at a construction estimation company with his commitment to real estate, Sam ensures he has ample time for his clients, making each one feel valued and prioritized.

With a background in real estate development and contracting, Sam understands the complexities and the weight of real estate transactions.
