CODY BLACKBURN

Cody was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana. He grew up in a long line of carpenters and real estate developers. From his great-great-grandfather on, a love for real estate was instilled in him. He began his own business, The Paint Co., during his senior year of high school and still owns and operates it today. He married his high school sweetheart, Chloe, in 2019. Since then, his own business flourished while he also joined his parents in another business venture, Blackburn Properties LLC. Together they have constructed new affordable housing throughout the Columbus area, have flipped several residential properties, and own both commercial and residential rental properties.

Because of his love for real estate, construction, and the development of Columbus, Cody decided to pursue a career in real estate and achieved his license as a realtor. Cody has teamed up with his friend and colleague, Drew Wyant at 1 Percent Lists Indiana Real Estate and looks forward to serving his hometown and surrounding areas. You can depend on him for customer service and value.
